Ex-media aide to former President, Goodluck Jonathan has debunked rumours that his former boss bought an APC presidential form.
The Aide insisted that the former President was not aware of the move to purchase an All Progressives Congress, APC nomination form for him.
Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders’ Association had claimed they paid for the N100 million APC form onbehalf of President Goodluck Jonathan.
Recall that the former President had on many occasions denied nursing the ambition to return to the presidency.
However, a statement by his Media Adviser, Ikechukwu Eze, said the former president had no links to the northern coalition that purchased the form.
Similarly, Reno, in a post on his verified Facebook page, said Jonathan is a man of honour and would not make such moves without carrying the general public along.
He said, “Former President Jonathan has nothing to do with the reported purchase of some forms. He has an official spokesman and his own staff.
“He is a man of honour and will not do anything surreptitiously. The media and the public should be guided’.
